Terms and Conditions of Service
By utilizing our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions:
1. Introduction
Welcome to Argos Storage Terminal. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our storage and related logistical services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the provisions set forth herein.
2. Scope of Services
Argos Storage Terminal provides bulk storage, blending, distribution, and logistical support for oil, gas, and chemical products. All services are subject to available capacity, operational protocols, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding the nature, volume, and specifications of all products to be stored. All products must comply with relevant safety, environmental, and legal standards. Clients are also responsible for coordinating timely deliveries and collections with our operations team.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices must be settled within 3 days from the date of issuance. Late payments will incur an interest charge of 10% per month. Persistent non-payment may lead to suspension or termination of services.
5. Liability
Argos Storage Terminal takes all reasonable measures to ensure the secure storage of client products. However, we are not liable for losses resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, or government actions. Clients are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their stored products.
6. Environmental Compliance
Clients must ensure that all products meet environmental safety standards and do not pose environmental risks. Violations of environmental regulations may result in penalties, service suspension, or termination.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all commercial and product-related information, except where disclosure is required by law.
8. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate this agreement with a minimum of 21 days’ written notice. Immediate termination may be enforced in cases of illegal conduct, regulatory non-compliance, or material breach of these terms.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties will seek to resolve the matter amicably. Should resolution not be achieved, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
11. Amendments
Argos Storage Terminal reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes in a timely manner.
